What stops your hammock just lying on the ground? There are so many ways, just curious what folk get up to. The poll is multiple choice (if you are a dabbler, like me). Let me know if you think I should add another category to the poll.

I use a copy of the long webbing that warbonnet use on the blackbird. Cinch buckle hammock end for adjustment, sewn in Dutch clip to go round the tree. Certainly not the lightest, but way easier to adjust than whoopies. I have a Dutch hexon 1.0 open hammock for winter use which I have whoopie slings and mule tape so it’s super light!! Jury is still out on mule tape for me!!
